Munster Coaching and Development 2019/2020

• Day 3 of the Munster Development & Athletics Academy Squads will take place on Saturday 14th December in Nenagh Indoor Stadium. Development Squad from 11am to 1pm, 5 euro per athlete, events covered will be sprints, long jump, high jump, pole vault, javelin (CIT only from 10am to 1pm) middle distance (both development & academy) & walks (Development with Academy from 1pm to 3pm). Academy Squad from 1pm to 3pm. All events covered except Shot Putt as Dave Fratarolli is unavailable. Discus and Hammer Squads in Borrisokane A.C. grounds from 1pm to 3pm. Javelin will take place in CIT from 2pm to 5pm.
  
• Day 2 of the Munster Development & Athletics Academy Squads will take place on Saturday 23rd November in Nenagh Indoor Stadium. Development Squad will run from 11am to 1pm and will cover Short Hurdles, High Jump, Pole Vault, Middle Distance & Walks. Cost is 5 euro per athlete. The Development Walks Squad will take place from 1pm to 3pm with the Athletics Academy Squad. Both the Development & Athletics Academy Middle Distance Squads will meet at Nenagh Indoor Stadium and train together from 11am to 1pm.
• The Athletics Academy will take place from 1pm to 3pm and will cover all events. Exception: The Athletics Academy Javelin session will take place in Cork I.T. from 2pm to 4pm. The Athletics Academy Squads for Hammer & Discus will take place in Borrisokane A.C. Grounds from 1pm to 3pm.
